A multi-unit residential building in South Los Angeles containing primarily 1 Bedroom units whose residents will be Low/Moderate Income level.

Sculpted as a response to building massing requirements the building will also have a Rooftop available to all guests and various Community spaces on the 1st floor that will be available to the entire local population
